Does anyone have sure fire ways to cut a painful attack down to size? Don't really matter what the pain is.. if u got a way to help.. share. My #1 favorite remedy for aches, pains, headaches and tension is heat rub. doesn't matter what kind. just slather it on and wait for your favorite pain killing pill to kick in.

Hi,Im taking prescribed co-codamol which has been such a godsend for the pain. Also taking the usual Amitryptiline(sp?) in the evenings too.
Also I like a freezing cold hot water bottle on the affected area..works superbly although only short term.

oops..lol forgot to mention T.E.N.S. never without it and boy does it help whe you have to move about.. wonderfull device.
