Urinary frequency

Does anyone suffer from urinary frequency and what can do you do to relieve this symptom?

Many people with Fibro also have Interstitial Cystitis ... which can mean frequent urination, burning, urgency, pelvic pain .... I know staying away from artificial sweetners like Diet Soda when I have flare ups does me a lot of good ... and drinking plenty of water.

i suffer from urinary frequency,sometimes every 15minutes,alot of the time its only a trickle&i still feel the urge to go!ive found no way of relieving it although i dont drink 4 a couple of hours before bed otherwise im up&down like a yo yo!

oh girls me too and isnt it a pain..lol
the slightest movement has me going like in the car or even walking.
Its no joke when you have to plan your outing based on where the loos are..

i have recently developed this new symptom, it can be raelly painful and irritating.

All I can say is I can't go anywhere where there isn't a toilet VERY handy, or else
