Take comfort in knowing that these are all symptoms of FMS rather than something more serious. Try massage therapy, listen to relaxing music and slow down in everything that you do and, if your like me, the muscle twitching, soreness and tightness will subside. Put your faith in God, through him all things are possible including your mind's ability to heal the body. I never gave much thought to the whole mind, body & spirit theory but it is working for me better than I could have ever hoped for. Also, consider a candida cleanse program. I do have that at times as well. i thought i or my body was just going crazy! but i guess its part of the fibro which really sucks. but its something we have to learn to live with... i always thank god because i know it could be alot worse.

I do also have twitching in my left eye only.
