I find that a heating pad gives me pain relief. However they are not very big, so I have to keep moving it. I have tried a heating blanket, but it's not the same. Has anyone ever tried a sauna, they dry heat kind?
I wonder if it would help.

What you probably wsould benefit most from an infrared sauna. The type of heat it generates goes deep into the skin. It also flushes toxins out of the body. I know that you can buy them for home use but they are very expensive. I actually know someone who has one. I am completely heat intolerant so I can not imagine sitting in a regular sauna. I'd be out of there in a nano second. Take care.
