He talks about living with this disease and knows of it first hand. Reading the posts about heat intolerance is making me think about what he says about hormones.
I've recently started to wear a bio-identical hormone patch and I've felt so much better as far as tolerating the heat/humidity, it's been wonderful so far. According to him fms is helped through S-H-I-N-E. S for sleep, H for bringing your hormones into balance, I for (underlying) infections - N for nutrition and E for exercise, as able, he advises to NOT overdo the exercise. I'm sending thanks and hugs to Fantod, because Fantod is the person here who turned my onto this wonderful man. I'm not well, by any means, but following his program, I'm having some better days. Now the only thing I wish I could change is the weather. Can't really do much about that tho, can we?
