Oh where, oh where has my little brain gone...

I'd love to have something coherent and meaningful to post today, but I just don't. These last October blahs are killing me, such that I am wondering if I'm actually having a fibro fog crisis or maybe just a mid-life crisis. How do you know when you are having a brain fog crisis.... People in my family generally live well into their '90s, so I'm kind of early, to have fibro.... I mean I don't even want to know, how I'll be treated with fibro fog when I'll be that old.

Shoot, I don't know where I've file or mis-file that darn piece of paper that I need so badly...... ARG.....

Hi,
i know what u mean,i have those days where it seems like as if iam sleep walking. Some days i don't remember ph #s of my family members, other days i seem to be as fresh as can be. i hate those days when my head seems heavy,seems like all the activities i do on that day were in a dream, next day i usually can't remember the events.sometimes i think it's kind of scary.

Shaq, I know what you mean about the phone numbers, some days I don't even remember my own phone number, darn that's bad. OH, well I try to laugh it out, so that it eases my tension.
