Hi, like you Im new to. You do not have to have fibro to have a frozen shoulder,my DH has the same, but he does not have Fibro. Maybe you need to see your Dr for a check up and ask him. I must be honest though, I dont think I know of anyone that could do a bike ride that long who has fibro. Im not saying im right or wrong.But ask your Dr what he/she thinks. Jorja.xxxx | |

Hi regions, I also have muscle pain in my upper arms at times. I did have a tear in my left rotar cuff and had to have physical therapy and continued exercises for this. I couldn't sleep because of the pain. It took about four weeks of therapy, two times a week. Ultrasound heat and ice helped. It could be fibro if you have upper and lower pain on both sides. You should see a rheumatologist to get diagnosed. Hope this helps. | |
