Fibromyalgia Symptoms HOME

I've been diagnosed with fibro for 6yrs now and I've had something new and very frieghtening come up. I have episodes of muscle spams all over my body to the point where I thrash around and have hurt myself. I am conscious the whole time and they typically last about 45min-1hr. I am getting the regular, 'In your head' from the few specialists I've seen. I've had about 6 of these in the past few weeks. They have done a lot of blood work to rule out many things. I'm going for an EEG at the end of the month, but me and the doctors know that it's probably not going to show anything. To better describe the episodes, think of a charlie horse in your leg. Now think of having them all over your body in short bursts. This is definatly not something I want added to the list of problems I have due to Fibro. Any help?
