Liklihood of Fibromyalgia

I have a hypothyroid, restless leg syndrome, chronic back pain-mainly at night, nightly waking at least twice, irritable bowels in social situations (usually outside the house-baseball games, events) and stiffness in the morning especially when I don't take fish oil capsules. Is this likely to be fybromyalgia?
