Good luck with your claim for disability, let us know how it turns out. I can totally relate as I have been waiting since December to hear anything from the government, and haven't been paid since October. Being broke doesn't even come close to my financial situation now!!!!
I hope you have a good attorney to help you with your case.

This very seriuos REMEMBER THIS IS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.Make sure you take someone with you and do not trust ayone except your gut and do not let them make you feel like crap.They will put you though the ringer,You need to be relaxed and most of all convinet in your gut feelings.SSI will most likely try and deny you the 1st try and maybe 3 times .Don't give up! If you have a lawyer listen very carefully and hoping you have someone you can totally trust freind or family member that actual knows something about SSI.When dealing with them you will have so many forms,but that is what a lawyer and his assitant is for.You just have to make sure you have Dr. Medical records,MRI any test that you have had the more you know the better shot at not having to do this more than once.

Thanks for the posts and support. You know it really helps knowing that you have people pulling for you. Theres just alot riding on this for me.
If Im denied this time, theres gonna have to be some changes made. I have struggled and fought for along time but wont be able to hang on any longer if denied. My husband and I are seperated, and I have our two sons living with me in our house. Im no longer going to be able to keep living in the house should I get denied, as I cant afford it anymore. My boys dont want to move and will want to remain in the home with their dad should I have to move. This would totally devastate me. I dont know what id do without my boys. Sorry to just dump all this on here, just needed to release. I pray daily that the outcome will be in my favor. God Bless you all and thanks again for being there.

toost2889 I am praying for all of us everyday.Just stay in there.It sounds like everthing is just creeping in you.I could not even imagine your situation.Hopefully your boys will understand.May I suggest that you have your husband and son plus anyone around read Our Forum.Then maybe they will begin to understand a little.People just don't understand us and as we don't understand this illness ourselves.Just as many people read the Bible yet, they really don't understand what they have read.Have them imagine that they are sinking in a boat and have no where to turn Ask them what they would do for that is how we feel.So when you pray for your SSI to come in pray that the ones around can begin to understand.When you pray for others things begin to happen for you.We get so caught up in ourselves with this illness that what forget that we don't understand how they feel not being able to understand.So the bottom line is we all are confused.
It sounds like you are letting this illness take over your whole life.PLEASE DEAR FREIND DON'T LET IT WIN.YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN THAT!!!Please don't let it take over your life.I don't know where live,but find a spot you can go and remember when you were good in life and remember you still are just as good if not better for you are able to trick your mind and even if for a hour you get releif it is worth it because your Gods child just put him as # 1 always and you will see things in a better way.The littlest thing of good will become GIGANTIC.

Is this your home in forclosure?File bankruptcy 100.00 down will retain you a lawyer and they can possiable save your home.I think if you pay on your home as much as possiable you can remain in your home.But remember God or the higher being is watching and knows if you are being honest.When he see this that you are doing your good deeds and being trusting and having faith in him and only him you will see small miracles, but you have to stay faithful and trusting him always not just for this SSI thing.You will be rewarded.The holy spirit is an amazing feeling.

Toots2889, I am glad you have your court date, just remember we are all rooting for you.

Make sure when you go, and start answering questions, that you take your time and if you can't remember, ask for time to look over your file, so that you can reply.

Remember, you have the power, don't let anyone bully you in answering a question if you don't know. Just say, I need clarification, because I'm confused with what you are asking me.

You guys are the BEST!!! I walk up this morning feeling depressed and blue. I came on the sight and read the posts and started to cry, but it was a good cry. It was so nice to see how you all care for me and what happens to me and you dont even know me. You guys truly are my fibro-angels looking out for me and supporting me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making today a better day for me.

I just applied on line and because I stil work it says I would not be a candidate.So if you are seeking school or working it will be a challenge.But don't worry because it will take time and patient.I just know you will get it even if it takes time you will win in the end.
