Im worried about S.S. Court Date

If some of you recall my court date is coming up in a month. My lawyer called yesterday and is asking me questions that he asked me along time ago. I also found out he hasnt gotten my Dr. final report yet for the hearing. I dont think he
worked on it at all. He sounded so unsure of himself and seemed like he didnt think I was gonna win. HELP. Dont know what to do?

toots2889 - I'm not sure what to say here other than I hope everything works out for you. I used Allsup (you can find themn online) and it looks like I am approved. It took 6 months from start to finish. They do everything and are very nice to deal with. If you are going to go forward with the hearing, I would suggest that you get on your lawyers behind and stay there until you are satisified that everything has been taken care of properly. Good luck.
