I need help

I was just told that i have Fybromyalgia. i have no clue what to do. And this is the first time that my doctor has seen anyone with it. We are military so the doctors are not that great what should i do.my nane is Hope my email is jetfixer42@gci.net

I was also recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. My doctor was not familiar with it either, or he would have caught it along time ago. I used to be in the military so I understand what you mean about the military doctors.
I did research on my own and learned alot. There are several books including one called "Fibromyalgia for Dummies" that helped me alot. There is a webpage www.fibromyalgia.com that helped me with research or www.webmd.com and put in the word Fibromyalgia in the search. I learned more from books and the Internet than I did from my doctor. I hope this helps you too.
