Of course, there's no way any of us could tell you for sure what's wrong. It doesn't sound like you have most of the symptoms I have or those of my other friends with fibro. The fatigue, dizziness, and IBS definitely line up. But to get a diagnosis of fibromyalgia you have to have widespread pain in all four quadrants of your body for at least three months, and a certain number of tender trigger points. That's the definition anyway. If the pain is not in you muscles or joints, but is in the pelvic region, it does sound like it's something internal. But if you aren't getting relief, or feel uncomfortable with your diagnosis, I would get a second opinion. Sever pain in that area could be serious, and you wouldn't want to overlook anything. | |
