Fibromyalgia Symptoms HOME

How do I get a doctor to listen to me, I have most of the symptons listed on the website:Irritable bowel syndrome(diagnoised with non specific inflmatory bowl diease cause unknown Asacol doesn't stop diahrea),Insomina,Migraines,TMJ, Muscle pain morning stiffness, Numbness and tingling in the extremities. I also have Rhumeatiod Arthitis (positive blood serum), 3 cervical bulging disc all mild no nerve impariment, 1 T2-t3 thoracic buldging disc, 3 lumbar buldging disc (no nerve imparment), I have days i can't get around i just sit or lie down my muscles and body hurts so bed. I have an enlarge thryoid but blood work is normal. Does anyone know of a doctor in Souther Louisian i can see. I see a Rhumeatologist but she doesn't believe that FMS is a true illness.
