I'm just the opposite. I was diagnosed about a year ago; however, I have suffered from RLS for probably 10+ years. I never knew what it was; just wrote it off to sitting in a car too long. Now I know that I'm not totally nuts!!!!

Dee: What do you do or take for the RLS? It's annoying and definately interrupts sleep, etc. I also have noticed muscle spasms in my arms lately. Do you also get that?

I am having RLS as we speak, it aches so bad inadvertently for no reason, drives me nuts, Aspercream is good for any aches.

Someone in the forum suggested Sinimet for restless legs. It is used primarily for parkinsons. Only your doctor can get it for you.
