Fibromyalgia Symptoms HOME

i was recently diagnosed with fibro as well as a blood disorder called VonWilleBrand's (my blood doesnt coagulate like blood is supposed to) this was discovered while i was getting trigger point injections and other things as well added up to it. and i was wondering if there was anybody else in my situation and how do you deal with not being able to take anti-inflams? since being taken off of them (i am still on emtec though) i have had less pain management than i have ever had. my dr has prescribed Amitriptyline but i am scared to take them because i had epilepsy when i was younger. i am also a single mom of 2 wonderful little boys ages 5 and 2 and i need to be able to be there for them like they deserve, my oldest also has ADHD so i really need to keep up with him. basically any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated
