Crummy weather equals crummy feeling & fibrofog

The weather at the moment is high in humidity and warm. I would have thought I'd have a good day, not so, I woke up and felt my sinuses blocked, a pounding headache, sheering burning pain, and muscle stiffness.

I felt so good in the last couple of days, the weather was clear and cooler, for sure I thought today of all days, I'd be able to work outside in my garden, no no today I absolutely feel shitty.

Can someone tell me difference between clear cool days, warm humid and winter difference. I have no clue to figure it out. Before I was just plain miserable now I seem to react to barometers pressure, but which one.

I always feel better in the Summer and when I keep very warm in the Winter, Im from New England, RI. I started feeling shitty last week or 2 as we have had a temp change. I hope you dont have the flu along with fibro. as the aboved mentioned by you sound also like flu symptoms, my husband just got over, they said it might have been swine but only go to hospital if symptoms get worse. his temp was 102, up and down for 4 days. He is better now. Check your temp. I hope its not that. I do hope you feel better, as "you" always make us feel betterand have lots of info when we need it!

belle thanks for the post, it seems what I hae is the flu. No wonder I fell crappy. I don't think it's swine, but the doctor told me to stay home unless I get really sick. I guess the hospitals and clinics don't want me either.

I'll stay home and drink lots of homemade chicken soup with plenty of garlic.
