Well, I've been to 4 doctors, and they basically can really only tell you what you DON'T have. There's no one real test that proves you have it. I most likely have it. I ache all over (for past 2 years), get chronic tension headaches, have brain fog, but I've always been a health nut and exercise freak! Didn't make sense! An alternative therapy dr. put my on Monolaurin, 3000 mg. a day and it really eased my tension headaches. I'm going to try accupunture next. Also I use Ultram 50 mg. every day for the pain, then I tell myself to live life like I'm perfectly healthy, and get thru each day one at a time. Have thorough blood tests done first. They will rule out everything else. Good luck! | |
