Fibromyalgia Symptoms HOME

Has anyone heard of or tried Christian Goodman's exercise program for fibro? I stumbled across his website today, and he sells a program of exercises that are supposed to release muscles in the neck and shoulders and increase oxygen supply to the body's cells. It sounds interesting, but I'm skeptical. I looked all over online to see if there were any scam reports, and didn't find any, but I'm still hesitant. Has anyone here tried it or know anyone else who has? Thanks!
