My Husband has had aching hips and shoulders for almost 6 months now. We have not had this diagnosed, but symptoms appear similar. No other symptoms. Has anyone else just suffered from aching alone and had this diagnosed as Fibromyalgia?

When I first got Diagnosed many many moons ago, that was my only symptom was aching.
