Backproblems??

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few years ago and have great luck with changing my diet etc ,but 3 days ago my lower back started hurting and went to dr because thought it was kidney infection it is not and now the pain has went down my legs and is like a constant cramp in both calves. I can hardly walk and now I noticed that my elbows are starting to feel the same way. What is this???
