Yes - even the coffee cup deal! A couple months ago I added a Supreme Stress B vitamin by Lindberg to my multi vitamins and that has helped the joint pain tremendously. The muscle pain does not leave however.Maybe try that. God bless!

Thank you I will, do you think its from fibro or do you think it might be from something else, I also have osteo and I do take fosomax - spelling? I tried Boniva and it gave me an awful side effect!

I do not have another condition that I am aware of so I assume the Fibro, and do not take any meds. I feel like the side effects from long term use would outweigh the benefit. I have had bad med experiences in the past. Hope the B helps.

Have you tried a body pillow at night? tuck it between your knees while on your side and use it to support your arm. I haven't slept without a pillow to support my body in several weeks. My shoulder and hips are terrible at night.I can't stand for my husband to lay his arm over my ribs or side either killer!
