Yeah, I feel that way alot of times too. When it happens to me it's cause I just hurt and am so fatigued I can barely hold my head up. Of course too, people at work don't understand what I'm going thru, and that only adds to the frustration.

Yep, know exactly what you are going through. I had the same time happen to me, when I was working. I'm thinking it's the blaring lights, the high level of noise and the constant interuptions.

I closed my business because I just could not seem to cope with little employee hassels that never bothered me before. I felt like it was not worth it. Now it is not as bad, but I catch myself in a sour mood sometimes in the morning and taking it out on my husband and son. I try to realize that it is a signal that a "bad body" day has arrived and then purposely try to keep things quieter - even my voice, and take the to do list down a couple notches. That helps diffuse my mood and is better for everyone. Praying also works wonders. God bless.

I think the anger comes from having to hold it all together and act normal when you have unrelenting pain and exhaustion. And yet, you are expected to juggle everything that comes with the job like a "normal" person.

I have that problem occasionally, too. I still work in retail and the screaming kids for fifteen minutes are what really get to me. I call them "black moods". ("Honey, if just jiggling the stroller didn't work the first five times, it won't work the sixth!")

I get really irritable, but i also act like i am fine. One thing that does help at home is yoga. The meditation it really calms you. I have taken natural medication for my moods, but nothing has helped. I just deal with it and try my best to keep myself calm. I have snapped at my husband and he will tell me when i am like that so i think about it and just take some deep breaths to try to calm down. I hoped this helped.
