nemaak: I was disagnosed with Fibromyalgia 28 years ago. One of the classic diagnostic criteria is if you have trigger point pain. Those trigger points are located at the base of the neck, around the shoulder blades, top of each hip, elbows, and the knees. There are typically 10 trigger points docs look for when diagnosing FMS. If you really want to find out about them, there are several websites you can find by keying in Fybromyalgia which will show you the diagram for the most common ones. | |

Another thing is you need someone to give you a certain amount of pressure on each one lol... and if your willing to do that volutarilly without a doctor then there are other sites for you lol. just teasing;) I have to keep my humour up or I cry sometimes lol | |
