I find that water arobic classes are so wonderful for my pain. I feel so good in the water, it needs to be a heated pool.

One of my doctors told me that while swimming is great exercise, I should stay away from chlorinated pools as it can cause my symptoms to flare/worsen. Try for salt water.

Kras618, I started taking a water arobic class a few months ago and it does help. If I skip I can tell. I go to class two days a week at the YMCA. I missed several weeks to work or too tried to get out of bed. This morning wasn't easy. I had trouble keeping up with the class, but I got in my 45 minute workout and happy that I did.
