YOGA and walking works for me.

I have found yoga to be very good for my FMS. There are many low impact, relaxing, and strength building yoga DVD's. I can't say enough about how much it helps. I have to make my self do them, but it really helps. I also walk my dogs almost everyday. It makes me get out of the house and keep movment.

I agree entirely. Yoga hasn't cured me, but it really allieviates the pain, and helps dealing with stress which means even better dealing with pain. walking is good too to maintain minimum shape. I do some ultralight exercise at home too, to build muscle, but try to not overexert even little. Better to go slowly and build up with time.

I also agree. I have been doing yoga and going to the gym for cardio and light weight training at least 4 times a week. I notice a difference if I skip the gym - more pain, stress, etc.
