Has anyone found that swimming will help reduce your pain if done daily? I have taken my kids swimming everday for about 4-5 hours a day and i swim maybe 1-2 hours with them and i find that helps me so much.

I absolutely agree - I have a pool at home and just getting in the water relieves the pressure and discomfort - we just changed to a saltwater pool and that has been a lifesaver

I believe hydro therapy has been one of my most effective treatment so much so I got a massage spa/pool for home.

The warth and weightlessness allows you to stretch and exercise without spasming which of course is pain.
