I also have sever muscle leg pain. I just have to force myself to do whatever I can until I just can't anymore and then go home and wrap my legs up as tight as I can get them in a blanket. My only suggestion is maybe try swinging on a swing set at a park or something. That way you will still be excercising your legs by swinging them. | |
