Water aerobics at a YMCA or Local pool is always good or water walking. Also, my rhuematologist suggests biking, so maybe an indoor stationary bike or tred mill. I am having a hard time heading back to exercizing it seems as though I wax and wane.

Really, your doctor said to ride a bike? I don't know if my knees, hips, & bottom could stand that! I do think water exercise benifits though, because it seemed to help me this summer. I have my own outdoor pool but I can't usse it any more this year. It's not heated!! I hadn't thought of the "Y " though! Thanks!
