Hi
I am a Molecular Biologist and I work for MD Anderson Cancer Center. Recently, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. As a scientist I wanted to know as much as I could about the disease. The only alternative therapy I have tried is Ginger Root Tea by Alvita. This works like a charm for 90% of my symptoms. I take two hours before I go to sleep and it it works for 20 hours. Try it.

dream69, is that the only thing you take? I am taking Omega-3 & glucosamine/chondoritin, plus a milti-vitamin. I also take Neurotin. Do you ahve any info on these? Are they know to be good or bad?

Dream, I found this older post when I was trying to search for information on how much tea you recommend drinking. Based on this post, it sounds like you recommend drinking just one cup a day before bedtime. Is this still what you are doing?

I have found that HIMALAYAN GOJI JUICE works Very well.
It's ALL natural, and I have been on it for around a month, & I am Not on any more of my medications. I feel so much better.
I Never thought that I would be off my medications, especially to take some juice, but it Honestly works for me. I can't wait to see what it does in a couple more months. I hope you find what your looking for, and I hope you feel better.
