pregnancy, fibro, and depression meds

Does anybody know of a depression med is safe for pregnancy? I just found out (5 wks along) and I have stopped my meds per my doc. My fibro hasnt gotten worse but I have also had to stop those meds and treatments too. This is my first preg with fibro (4th total). Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure about meds, but perhaps increased visits with a therapist might help reduce symptoms?
