pain meds for Fibro

I have tried many pain meds and the best I have found yet is Methadone. Does anyone else use this medication? Try it you will find that you can get up and do the things you never had the energy or relief that you have needed for a long time.

I hope your doctor discussed the long term effects of Methadone, especially the withdrawl symptoms it's quite a nasty drug!!!!

I to have suffered for 2 years trying many other medications and in the end I have turned to methadone, for the pain and to help me sleep. Unfortunelly, g,ps wouldnt script it to me so had to go on programme, am now waiting for appt from pain specilist. I dont care about being addicted anymore, just to have no or little pain and to have quilty of life!! thats all that matters in the end
