numerous psm overlays medication suggestions appreciated

31 yr old female, happily married with 2 children (1yr, 2.5yrs), crohns disease since age 12 , total eliostomy now, thyroid disease ( unstable right now regulating meds), stage three renal failure ( because of this cannot take anti-inflamatories ) would be much easier if i could . Am on lyrica right now find it is not helping and cannot take dose my doctor would like me to take due to kidneys. Medication suggestons extremely welcome.
