They first offer you antidepressants (Remeron) I find has less side affects and is gentle on your system however it does take sometimes up to a year depending on yur illness. Flexeril 10mg three times a day helps with spasms and Talwin NX is an opioid used 4 times a day if needed but you also have to do stretching exercises and walking even though it pains you too. Thisis the way to go and talk with yur doctor about it. | |
