If you take guaifenesin, sleep on a wedge pillow and you won't get the reflux. You have to be consistent when taking it or it will not work. For every two months that you are on it, it dissolves one year worth of toxic buildup. As you continue on the guia, your sleep will get better. I have been living on roughly 2 hours of sleep per day for over 5 years. I have had Fibro for at least 15 years per my doctor. He is the one that prescribed guia. buy it on the internet, it is much cheaper. | |
