Yes they're shaped like little houses, and are muscle relaxants. I used to use them when my overall body muscles were so tight the pain was intense and were fine to lay in bed and veg and I did get some rest but overall for fibro they didn't take away the daily widespread pain.

Same here Virg. It does help you relax enough to sleep but didn't completely take away the pain . You got to do what you got to do to get sleep though and they don't seem as addictive as sleeping pills are.

Hi Carm, isn't that so right. sleep is the key. Last night I concked (sp?) out before taking my trazadone and when I realized it I was to lazy and tired to get up and take it. Come 1am there I was in such bad pain and couldn't get back to sleep so I had to take 1/2 dose so I wouldn't be groggy (had a date with my stepdaughter to go shopping). Needless to say after shopping today I crashed and flared up.
