I take 30 mb at night, but I'm tired of the weight gain. So how do I taper off the drug? Or how do I lose the weight?

i didnot lose the weight till i came off them cut down slowly im now on zoploclone 2 7 5 at night these are sleeping tablet good luck bowen treatment helps me god bless theresa uk

Hi I also lost the wieght quite quickly when I came off amitryptiline. I have also tried Zopiclone. Theresa..what is bowen treatment??
