anyone taking ativan?

I've haven't been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, but I have all the symptoms and my doctor still thinks it's anxiety. Just wondering if antivan helps anyone else?

Try taking ginger root tea once every night

I take ativan, o.5mg, once a day, it helps relax my muscles, I do not take other meds .

I have taken Ativan before. It is an anti-anxiety drug that the DR gave me for EXTREME itching from sun poisoning!! It work for me!! I don't believe it is as addictive as Xanax! Hope this helps!
