I have taken a small amount of Provigil in the morning (only) for fatigue and brain fog. I'm not taking it right now because the symptom of the month is anxiety. When I take it, I think it works very well,.

I personally have had great success with chocolate... but not the traditional chocolate on store shelves -- rather a healthy chocolate. There are lots of people who are having success with this cold-processed chocolate -- which preserves the antioxidant value of the cacoa bean. Check out this link -- there are lots of weblinks which explain the benefits -- which extend far beyond fibro! www.sourceofantioxidants.com

Yes, you can use sublingual B12 with folic acid for energy. The folic acid component is important because it helps you absorb the B12. I use a combination of 400 mcg Folic acid and 1000 mcg B12. I keep the bottle on my bedside table so I can use it before I try and get out of bed in the morning.

Decongestant (Phenylephrine) and Expectorant (Guaifenesin) together work.

my rheumy acutally did a study with Provigil and found great success with the fatigue. I do not take it every day...only when I can't seem to wake up or stay awake at my desk. Sometimes 1/2 tab sometime a whole one. Feel more alert within 30 minutes and usually last for several hours. if I take it after 12pm i do the 1/2 tab so that I can still sleep at night
