Hi All;
Well, I tried Tramacet for the first time on the weekend, so far, nothing. I thought this stuff would do something after four days, but nothing. I talked to someone at the drugstore, and they told me it sounds like it won't work on me and to call my doctor. I'm seeing my doctor next week anyhow, so I'll wait until then. Anyone else try that stuff? Any luck? Chris2

NO! I believe this is the same thing as Ultram, which is the same as taking extra strenght Tylenol! Doctors like to use this rather than prescribing a real narcotic! Ultram is a synthic man-made medicine that is suppose to work on the same receptors as a narcotic. The acet part of the name stands for Tylenol. I'd go back to my doctor and insist on a REAL NARCOTIC if I were you, ie, Darvocet, Percocet, even Tylenol #3s would be better than what yoour taking! Hope this helps!

Thanks Teresa;
I went to see my doctor yesterday, No more Tramacet. It didn't work, I'm back to square one, and have more tests scheduled for me. Well, hope you have better luck, thanks again.
