I was wondering if anyone out there has heard of requip. It is supposed to work wonders for those of us who have restless legs. They use it for parkinson's patients.

Yes I have been taking requip for a one month now. It seems to be working. But I think more time is needed to be sure. But I will try anything!

I was just at my doctor, god bless her heart and she started me on sinimet. They use it often times for parkinson's patients. It does help. It relaxes your legs enough so you can sleep.

your doctor is still in the 1980's. Sinmet WILL cause augmntation, which means a worsening of symptoms earlier in the night. It's an old med. The latest and ONLY med just for RLS is Requip. Mirapex or benzo's work too, just make sure they are short acting or you'll be tired the next day. God Bless.
