Question on IN-SAIDS

I am on warfrin for blood clots, due to this I can't take insaids for pain. I seem to be allergic to many of the anti-depressants. Well they make me sick to my stomach in any case. The Doctors here don't seem to believe in Fibromyaligia. I am looking for help here as the pain can be unbearable and no one not even my family is truly supportive.
