Prozac Fog

I was diagnosed with a mild case of FMS 6 years ago. The mood swings were awful so my primary care doctor put me on prozac. It was great for a few years but then I started getting real foggy in the brain. Is this familiar to anyone?

Yes, this is familiar to me. I was diagnosed with fms 2 years ago, though we now know I have had it for many years. I was given prozac 12 years ago for OCD, but I think, with hindsight, all my problems were related to fms.

In my experience, brain fog is caused by the FMS, not the antidepressant. I've used several different antidepressents, and even gone for extended periods without them, but the fibro-fog is always there.
