Pain Medications

I've been suffering from Fibromyalgia for a long time myself. I am currently taking Darvocet for the pain and Zeneflex and Soma for a muscle relaxers. Are there any meds that any of you are on that really help for the pain? I've found that after being on these meds for quite some time, they don't work as well as they use to.
