I read on a magazine that is a combination of vit B magnesium calcium and some other vitamins, but is given on iv, so I decided to try the vit B which help a lot with energy and the magnesium with calcium that is helping me with the muscle soreness.

I also take a B-complex vitamin along with Magnesium and Calcium plus other vitamins. It does help me with muscle soreness and fatigue. Worth a try.

Kathleen, I am on the Myer's Cocktail. Mine is an IV treatment once a week. It's a concentration of Vitamin A, B complex, C, Calcium and Magnesium. I had my third IV yesterday. I can tell you that I am not in as much pain as I was before I started them. Seems to be helping me with energy too, although I'm still pretty tired. Other people there who have had 6+ IVs tell me they feel remarkably better after the 6th one. It would definitely be worth trying. I can tell a difference. Good luck!
