Mirapex for treatment of fibromyalgia

I am a 68 y.o. male physician. I retired earlier than planned because of 15 yr hx of fibromalgia. I have been dxed by a rheumatologist & pain specialist. What are the dosage, adverse effects & warnings for mirapex.
