Meds for fibromyalgia

Does anyone take xanax for fibro. I read an article that said it sometime used. Anyone take that. Does it help. I am desperate during flare-ups

i do take xanax for anxiety related to fms, but have cut back on it, as it is highly addictive, and often requires increasing dosages to achieve the same effect. it is very effective though, and worth taking it you go about it cautiously.
