Fibromyalgia

I do not have a medical aid and suffer a LOT with Fibromyalgia. I've been on Tripiline 25mg as well as on 2 x TrammaHexal per night but it's not helping anymore. What do I do, as I have a lot of pain, and I hardly sleep?
