The best I can tell you is stay on top of it. take your antidepressants, muscle relaxers, pain medication as needed and do stretching exercises, swimming helps If all that fails seek out another doctor who can put you back on the right track./

Have you tried Qigong Qi(chi)Gong? Before I started practicing Qigong, I had no energy and not sleeping well. Within the first week of practicing Qigong, my energy level started to return so I could make it through the day without having to go to sleep. The Qigong allows me to get pretty good sleep with the help of some meds. It has made a big difference in my life. I practice everyday. I go to classes at Yonemoto Physical Therapy ask for Sheila Yonemoto (626)576-0591. New class level 1 starts Nov. 1, 2005. Also, you might want to check out "Pranic Healing" www.Pranichealing.com (888)470-5656. One last suggestion is to read "Kevin Trudeau, Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know". I hope you will benefit as I have from some of these suggestions. I still have a long way to go to recovery. Feel better, Take care and Good Luck.

Educate Yourself!!! That is the biggest thing that you can do. Everyone is so different with so many different symptoms that it would be difficult to tell you what would work for you. You just have to try different things and find what will work for you.
