Have been on the internet all morning researching on this. I still have a long way to go, cant even get my now Dr to test me, so I am on my own until a couple of weeks from now, info I have found are the foods you need to stay away from. I have been trying to modify the Adkins diet, you don't need to be so restrictive as the diet calls for but everyone I have talked to says that limiting sugary carbs has helped. Keep the good carbs that are in veggie, greens, beans etc. Its refined sugar and bread, pastries etc that make it worse. Thats what I am going to do for the next two weeks and see how it works. Until my new Dr's visit...... Wish me luck......

I am desperately seeking info on diet and exercise for fibro sufferers. After many years of treatment for supposedly unrelated symptoms, I have just recently been diagnosed with fibro and found that many of the problems I have had are listed under fibro symptoms. Now I know that losing some weight (15-20lbs) would help with my joint pain, but am having trouble finding the right combination of diet and exercise. Any tips?
